From Four hungry boys to holy cow jerky
What started as a simple request from four growing boys turned into something much bigger.
As a stay-at-home mom, I learned quickly how to make things work — especially when it came to feeding hungry boys on a budget. When they wanted beef jerky, I didn't go out and buy it. I made it myself.
Over time, that homemade jerky became a favorite not just in our home, but with friends and family too. The same thing kept coming up again and again:

Years later, my grandchildren started saying the same thing. That's when Holy Cow Jerky was born.
